Find the Foster Families of Portsmouth Lion and win an iPad
A Pride of Portsmouth lions trail is roaring into the city as part of Portsmouth100 – and one of the lions has been dedicated to Portsmouth’s foster families.
The Foster Families of Portsmouth lion features colourful illustrations of real Foster Portsmouth carers with inspirational messages about what fostering means to carer families. It has been created by artist Daisy Kate and sponsored by Foster Portsmouth to celebrate the dedication of local foster families and the life-changing difference they make for children in care.
You can find the lion outside Central Library in Guildhall Square throughout the trail from 13 July to 13 September.
Also, look out for some of the toy Foster Portsmouth lions dotted in locations around the city, pointing people to visit our lion sculpture
It’s one of 45 lions sculptures to be found across the city as part of the Portsmouth100 Pride of Portsmouth Lions trail. Find out more and download the free app.
